Print Harassment Policy
Women Today Online seeks to have it's chat environment be one of encouragement. We do not condone harassment or vulgar speech of any nature. During scheduled sessions, administrators are available to monitor this, however, during open-chat we have little control over what is being said.
For your own safety please practise the following when experiencing trouble in the room:
- Don't accept pc's from strangers, and if necessary, possibly turn off pc for a while.
- As a room, agree to put a chatter on ignore if they are causing trouble.
- Once they are on ignore, pray for the room and for them.. they most likely will leave willingly at that point.
- To teach other new ladies what to watch for and what to do when trouble comes in.
- Remember that when a user is on "ignore" they can still see everything you are saying.
